For missing Special Airdrop or purchased twice or more, please choose Payment Issue (Special Airdrop not received) as "type of problem".
For "Description and details", provide a short explanation of what happened to help us identify what caused the issue.
Provide all your account information and type in the Google Play receipt number.
On "Select accordingly", choose the option that fits your problem.
E.g. You purchased 4 Special Package but only received one, so select the last option "Bought Special Airdrop thrice or more".
Lastly, attach a copy of all GP receipts.
