Situation 1: Lost Platform Account with Recovery Email Bound
If you lost access to the current platform account BUT has a recovery email bound to your FF account, you may use the email to bind with a different platform account:
Follow the steps below to recover your lost FF account:
1. Make sure you have a valid platform account that is different from your lost one.
2. Open the game and go to the login page. If you are already logged in, go to the settings page to log out.
3. Tap the "Account Recovery" button.
4. Read through the "Account Recovery Instruction" page, then tap "Go to".
5. Enter your recovery email address and tap "Send" to request a verification code be sent to your email.
6. Find the verification code sent by Garena in your inbox.
7. Go back to the game and enter the received verification code, then tap the "Verify" button.
8. In the "Account Information" page, double check your Player Name and UID of your lost FF account, then choose a third-party platform account you wish to bind with.
9. Log into your new platform account to re-bind your lost FF account. After you finish, you can log into your FF account using the newly bound platform!
Situation 2: Lost Platform Account with Recovery Email Unbound
If you lost access to your platform account (Facebook ,VK, Gmail etc.) while you didn't bind recovery email, please contact your respective platform directly to try getting your platform account back.

Situation 3: Lost Guest Account.
Sadly, there is no way for us to recover your guest account if you lose your device or if the game data has been deleted. We highly recommend binding your FF account to a platform account.
